In rooms with enemies, if no enemies or traps display "Eye", displays "Eye" on all enemies and traps in the room; otherwise, detonates all enemies and traps displaying "Eye".

If there are no enemies in the room, immediately detonates in place once used.

Enemies that display "Eye" take double damage.

The detonation effect is similar to Mama Mega! but can also destroy locked blocks, iron blocks, and pillars, as well as kill traps, Death's Head, Host, and other enemies immune to all damage.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
